धोखाधड़ी: फटाफट लोन देने वाले एप्स से सावधान, चीनी महिला सहित दो गिरफ्तार

25 दिसंबर को साइबरबाद पुलिस ने दिल्ली से चीनी नागरिक यी बाई उर्फ डेनिस को गिरफ्तार किया था। वह अवैध रूप से पैसे उधार देने वाली 11 एप का संचालन करता था।
